Fields

Overview:

The Fields project, named after the Bert Fields Jr. family who owned the land for decades, is located in far north Frisco. Positioned along Dallas North Tollway between Preston Road, Teel Parkway and Highway 380, this 2,544-acre site is the largest, contiguous land assemblage in Frisco. With 200 feet of elevation change from its highest point down to Panther Creek, the Fields land has surprising topography for the region. The Fields and Fields West developments are world-class, mixed-use master planned communities. Uses include single-family and multifamily residential, office, retail, education and recreation.

Key Features:

  • High visibility: This property has significant frontage along the Dallas North Tollway, Preston Road, and Highway 380.
