Hunt Realty Investments (Hunt Realty) today announced a build-to-suit (BTS) joint venture with Prologis at Terrell 20 Business Park, Hunt Realty’s industrial park in Terrell, Texas, about 30 miles east of Dallas. In addition to being a long-term member of the North Texas business community, Prologis brings its global platform and logistics real estate development expertise to the partnership.
The fully entitled logistics campus on 780 acres can support up to 11.5 million square feet of total development, including buildings up to 1.9 million square feet.
