Revamped streetscape: Scope included a major “street scape” infrastructure project with nearly $20 million invested into overall redevelopment (e.g., new roads, new landscaping, new lighting, new sidewalks, new parking lots, etc).
Detailed restoration: Partnering with the City of Dallas, a sensitive restoration of this historic property was conducted, which included landscape upgrades, a new parking lot, new site lighting, new pylon sign, the restoration of the existing canopy, and a complete reimagining of the courtyard.
