Union Station

Overview:

Originally opened in 1916, Union Station is Dallas’ historic railroad terminal. In 1972, the city of Dallas purchased the building. Under a public-private agreement, Hunt executed a long-term lease and began a renovation restoring Union Station to a multi-tenant, mixed-use building. Today, after a major repositioning and renovation in 2008, Union Station remains a transportation center with office, banquet and meeting space, as well as a walkway linking the station to the Hyatt Regency Dallas and Reunion Tower.

Key Features:

  • Historic landmark: Union Station is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is designated a historic landmark by the city of Dallas and the state of Texas.
  • Event space: The banquet space is operated by Wolfgang Puck Catering, making it one of the most desired event destinations in Dallas.
