The ideals of the Hunt enterprise have not changed throughout its more than 80-year history. Consistent with those ideals, Hunt Realty has applied an agile and often contrarian approach to its direct-owned real estate investments. These investments are strategic and long-term in nature, requiring a unique vision that allows the company to seek opportunity where others might not. Many of Hunt Realty’s land assemblages were made before municipal boundaries were determined and, some, decades before ground was broken on development.
